Valerie and vibraphonist/arranger Mike Horsfall plumb the depths of the jazz trio repertoire and come up with something special...a revitalized sound that swings, sambas, and torches well known and obscure standards that traverse the worlds of jazz, pop, and soul. Joined by the incomparable Dave Captein on bass and Gary Hobbs on drums, Valerie and Mike take you on a musically and emotionally satisfying ride with Mike's harmonically sophisticated and fun arrangements.
